At the heart of NatraTag is Leo, our beloved Maremma Sheepdog. He is more than just a pet — he is the inspiration behind everything we do.
The idea for NatraTag was born out of a personal need. Traditional collars did not suit Leo’s thick coat. They caused discomfort and irritation which made it clear that he was not happy wearing them. I wanted to create something better — a collar that was as minimal and unobtrusive as possible, yet, still functional in the moments that mattered most.
Like many pet owners today, we don’t use a collar to clip a leash — we use a harness for walks and outings. That shift in behavior made us realize that Leo collar’s had only one job, identification. So why was it still bulky and uncomfortable? Our company was born from the idea that a collar should serve a singular, modern purpose — keeping your pet safe and identifiable, without it getting in their way.
That vision led to the development of the NatraTag Collar — a sleek, low-profile solution that allows pet owners to securely store their contact information without bulky hardware or constant upkeep. For owners who prefer using a traditional collar, we later introduced the Dog Tag, bringing the same connective technology to a form that fits their lifestyle and needs.

The NatraTag Collar
Our collar strap is made with premium, pet-safe Biothane® — a material chosen for its unmatched durability, flexibility, and ease of care. It is waterproof, odor-proof, and designed to stand up to whatever your dog gets into, without compromising comfort.
Because so many dog owners now rely on harnesses and other gear to attach leashes, we reimagined the collar for what it is truly used for: identification. By stripping away unnecessary bulk and focusing only on the features that matter, we created a collar that is barely noticeable to your dog — but incredibly useful when it counts.
All of our embedded technology is sealed within a thick, rubber and adhesive coating, making the collar 100% waterproof. Each collar is equipped with a chip that has a data memory lifespan of over 10 years, and — best of all — requires no charging. Ever.
Setup is simple: just register your pet once, and you are finished. If your dog is ever lost, anyone with a smartphone can tap the collar’s connector to instantly access your pet’s secure online profile — including your phone number and any essential information to help reunite you and your pet, quickly and safely.
Microchipping is an important backup — it’s permanent and helps protect pets. But when a dog goes missing, time matters. A microchip requires the finder to take the animal to a shelter or vet, and one that has the correct scanner. According to recent studies, fewer than 6% of dogs found by the public are returned through microchip scanning alone, while over 80% of dogs wearing visible ID are returned directly by the person who finds them.
